HANNA ASSIST FOR HVAC

The AC stops. Their search for help doesn’t.

Your dispatcher is on another call. Your technicians are on a job. Mia answers questions, gathers service details and helps customers take the next step—even after hours.

BE YOUR NEXT CUSTOMER

Give Mia the call your team gets every day.

Be the customer. Ask about a cooling problem, a tune-up or a replacement—and hear how Mia handles the conversation. No real HVAC visit is booked.

MORE SUPPORT. SAME TEAM.

Busy season shouldn’t mean unanswered customers.

Cover the calls your team can’t get to—after hours, during a rush or while they’re on a job.

Be there for the evening call.

Mia listens, captures the problem and offers the next step your business supports. Urgent requests follow your escalation rules.

ONE CALL. A USEFUL NEXT STEP.

From “my house is hot” to a clear next step.

The customer explains the problem. Mia asks a relevant question, collects the service details and helps select an available time.

Your team gets the request, appointment and conversation context together. If the customer needs something sooner, Mia can capture a callback request for your team to review.

Example customer conversation. Scheduling follows your calendar and business rules.

We review Jobber, Housecall Pro or your current scheduling process before confirming the supported integration. No assumptions about your software or availability.

A few things HVAC owners ask.

Can Mia cover missed calls without replacing our dispatcher?

Yes. Hanna Assist can provide after-hours, overflow or around-the-clock coverage. We configure when Mia answers and when your people take over.

Can she book service visits, maintenance and estimate appointments?

With a supported connected calendar, Mia can book the appointment types and available windows you approve. Requests outside those rules go to your team for review.

What if a customer needs service sooner than the calendar allows?

Mia can capture the request for an earlier visit and arrange the configured human follow-up. Your team decides whether an earlier opening is possible. She won’t promise a technician is on the way.

Will Hanna Assist work with Jobber or Housecall Pro?

We review your software and the specific scheduling or handoff you need before confirming compatibility. That review is part of defining your setup.

How will Mia know our services, service area and policies?

We configure her with your approved business information and test representative calls with you. Your team supplies the rules; we handle the setup and routine updates.

What happens when a caller asks something Mia cannot answer?

She follows your handoff instructions and captures the question and relevant context for your team. Technical diagnoses and pricing you haven’t approved stay with your people.
