Find upcoming appointments and booking details
Find the booking and confirm the customer, time and location before an appointment.
Last updated
1. Open the appointment list#
Select Calendars → Appointment List View. Choose the appointment type used by your team and open Upcoming.
2. Locate the booking#
Check the calendar and date filters. Search by appointment title if needed. Read the displayed time zone before confirming a time with the customer.
3. Open View Details#
Use the three-dot menu on the appointment row and select View Details. Check the contact, date, time, assigned person, status and location.
Example: “What time is my visit?”#
Find the customer’s booking and confirm the date and displayed time zone. Use the appointment’s details, not a time mentioned in an earlier conversation. If the customer requested a change, check whether the booking was actually updated.
Can’t find the appointment?#
- Check All if the appointment is in the past or no longer appears in Upcoming.
- Check the appointment type, calendar and date range.
- Match the customer’s contact information if names are similar.
A request in Notes is not a confirmed booking. If there is no matching appointment, ask the person responsible for scheduling to confirm the arrangement before promising a time.
